Lavender Panacotta with Peach Jam
►400 ml soy cream;
►100 ml of soy drink;
►80 gr of coconut sugar (fructose or stevia);
►1 shaved vanilla pod;
►1 teaspoon dried lavender;
►4 sheets of gelatin (if it is to deform, use 5 sheets);
►Natura Peach jam q.b.;
1.Heat the cream with the soy drink, the lavender, the vanilla bean open and with shaved seeds. When starting to boil with, remove from the heat and leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
2.Soften the gelatin leaves in a bowl of cold water.
3.Remove the pod and filter the liquid. Finally, add the squeezed gelatin and mix vigorously with a wire rod.
4.Distribue by cups and place in refrigerator until solidify or in the freezer to be faster.
5.To serve, put some peach jam on top and peach cut into cubes.
