Chia, Cinnamon and Strawberry Pudding
Ingredients:
►150 ml of almond vegetable drink;
►2 tablespoons chia seeds;
►1 teaspoon ground cinnamon;
►1 strand of honey;
►1 natural yogurt;
►Strawberries;
►2 tablespoons of Natura strawberry jam;
Preparation:
1.Put the vegetable drink, the seeds, the honey and the cinnamon in a jar. Mix well.
2.Take it to the refrigerator and shake the bottle halfway to the next hour every 10 minutes as it becomes more consistent.
3.Keep in the cold for 3 to 4 hours or even overnight before serving.
4.Divide the chia pudding into two cups, top with plain yogurt, strawberry jam and fresh strawberries.
