Scones with Natura Wild Berries Jam
Ingredients:
►1 and 1/2 cup of buckwheat flour;
►1 cup of oatmeal;
►1 tablespoon of flaxseed flour;
►1 tablespoon of yeast;
►Cinnamon;
►1 / 2 dessert spoon of baking soda;
►1 cup of vegetable drink of your choice;
►5 tablespoons of melted coconut oil;
►1 / 2 tablespoon of cider vinegar;
►1 large ripe banana;
►3 tablespoons of agave syrup;
►2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
►Wild Berries;
►Natura Wild Berries Jam;
Preparation:
1.Preheat the oven to 180º.
2.Crush the ripe banana with a fork.
3.Mix the dry ingredients, stir and add the cider vinegar to the mixture.
4.In another bowl, mix the vegetable drink with coconut oil, agave syrup, lemon juice and banana.
5.Gradually add the liquid ingredients to the other mixture and mix well. Add the wild berries.
6.Let the dough rest 15 to 20 minutes.
7.Mold the scones with your hands and arrange them on a tray, taking them to the oven, between 15 to 20 minutes, until they are ready.
7.After taking them off the the oven, fill with Natura Wild Berries Jam.
