Pudding with Strawberry Jam
Ingredients:
►500 ml of fresh cream;
►50 gr of sugar;
►1 tbsp of Christmas Tea;
►2 gelatin sheets;
►Strawberry Jam (as desired);

Preparation:
1.In a small pan, heat the fresh cream with the sugar and the tea. Let warm up well, but without boiling. Turn off the heat and let the infusion rest covered, during 5 minutes.
2.Soak the gelatin sheets in a bowl with cold water. Strain the infusion, even hot, into a fine mesh sieve. If necessary, rectify the sugar (please note it should not be over sweet because, while serving, will be added strawberry jam). Drain the gelatin sheets and, stirring constantly; dissolve them completely in the infusion.
3.Place the cream into shot glasses or in small cups. Be careful not to overfill. Take to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to solidify the gelatin. Before serving, add a layer of Strawberry Jam.
