Quark and Lemon Pudding with Wild Berries Jam
►500 ml of water;
►500 g quark cheese;
►30 g lemon gelatin sugar free;
►Natura Wild Berries Jam;
1.Boil the water and dissolve the gelatin completely in the water. Let it cool.
2.With the mixture still warm, add the quark cheese and mix with the help of a wire whisk until you get a homogeneous and creamy cream.
3.Pour the mixture into individual bowls, or a single large bowl and take it to the refrigerator to solidify (at least 2 hours).
4.At the serving time, put a few generous spoons of Natura Wild Berries Jam on the top of the puddings.
