3 – WHEN AND HOW CAN I REQUEST A PROPOSAL FOR A CHRISTMAS GIFT BASKET?
You can request a gift basket proposal at any moment and time of the year. Quinta de Jugais commits to answer to all proposals between 48 and 72 hours.
4 –DOES THE CLIENT HAVE TO STICK TO THE SELECTION ON THE CATALOGUE?
No! The Client has the opportunity to select gift baskets from the catalogue or request a customized gift basket proposal, where he chooses their favorite products. To complete the gift baskets customization proposal, please access into “Customization of Basket” and fill in the available form.
5 – IN CASE THE CUSTOMER IS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT, DOES QUINTA DE JUGAIS SAFEGUARD THE EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
Before the dispatch, our products are meticulously inspected. However, it is customers right to check the amount and condition of the goods on delivery. In case of detecting any defect or any missing article, please alert Quinta de Jugais in the 3 days following the delivery.
In the event, unlikely, the product is not presented in the best conditions, please contact us by email with replacement request and the reason for return. The product to be returned must be without evidence of use, in their original packaged; so we can provide you an even better service.
6 – IS IT GUARANTEED THAT MY ORDER ARRIVES IN A SPECIFIC DAY?
The customer informs us of the date on which he wishes to receive his order and we schedule the delivery for that day. If there is any delay, you will be contacted to reschedule the delivery. We advise our customers to schedule the delivery date 2 days before what is really intended, if there are no perishable products in your basket.
7 – DOES IT EXIST THE OPTION OF INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES?
We offer our customers the possibility of international deliveries. We will request for a quote to our logistics partners according to the quantity, weight, measures and destination. Contact our team to find out more information.
8 – THE SHIPPING EXPENSES ARE INCLUDED?
From 25 units the shipping cost is free in one delivery point of Continental Portugal. Below the minimum quantity there is an associated shipping cost. Contact our team to find out how it works.
9 – THE GIFT BASKET THAT I ORDERED WILL BE THE SAME AS THE ONE ON THE PICTURE?
Our team strives to ensure that the customer receives exactly what he ordered. Only in the case of a stock out of any item, may it be replaced by a similar or superior item in terms of quality and value.
10 – DOES IT EXIST ANY DEADLINE THAT I SHOULD RESPECT WITHIN AN ORDER?
Yes. The customer must confirm the order at least 15 days before the desired delivery date by email.
11 – WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED TIME TO RECEIVE MY QUOTE FOR A TYPE OF CUSTOMIZED BASKET?

13 – I WOULD LIKE TO CUSTOMIZE MY BOX. DOES IT EXIST ANY MINIMUM OF UNITS TO ORDER?
Yes. In cases of customization of cardboard boxes with the client’s company logo, there is a minimum number of 300 units for us to present a proposal.
14 – I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE IN MY BASKETS A CUSTOMIZED TEA CAN. DOES IT EXIST ANY MINIMUM OF UNITS TO ORDER?
If you want to add a customized tea can in your gift baskets, it exists a minimum amount of 50 units per order.
