Stuffed Biscuits with Fig with Walnuts Jam
►250 gr of flour;
►125 gr of melted butter (without salt);
►125 gr of sugar;
►4 tablespoons of white wine;
►6 tablespoons of Fig Fig with Walnuts;
1.In a bowl, knead very well the flour, melted butter, sugar and white wine until you get consistent dough.
2.Stretch the dough in your kitchen bench with some flour, so the dough doesn’t stick to the bench. Use a biscuit cutter and cut the dough. Place the biscuits in a greased baking try.
3.Take the cookies to the oven and turn it off when they get a golden brown color. Let them cool. After cooled, place two biscuits together with some Fig and Walnuts Jam, but only near the serving time.
