Chocolate Macarons with Wild Berries Jam
►220g powdered sugar;
►110g of grated almonds;
►25g cocoa powder;
►3 egg whites;
►1 pinch of salt;
►Natura Wild Berries Jam Quinta de Jugais;
1.Add sugar with almond and cocoa.
2.Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
3.Stir the cocoa mixture with the egg whites and place the mixture in a pastry bag.
4.Place on a silicone mat or on a tray lined with parchment paper and fill with “circles” of dough.
5.Lift the tray about 5cm and drop it on the bench so that the surface is smooth. Let it stand for 30min.
6.Preheat the oven to 150º.
7.Place the tray in the oven for about 12-15min.
8.Let it cool. When they are cold, put a little bit of wild berries jam in the middle and join the two macarons.
