Cheesecake with Natura Pumpkin with Walnut Jam
►rasp of 1 orange;
►1 + 1/2 cups of nuts;
►500g of quark cheese;
►175g of Natura Jam of Pumpkin with Walnut by Quinta de Jugais;
►1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon;
►75g of Natura Jam of Pumpkin with Walnut by Quinta de Jugais for the icing;
►Walnuts (as desired);
1.Grind the nuts with the orange zest until you get a flour.
2.Add the dates and mix it well until it forms a ball. Let the dough stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3.Line a cake tin with greaseproof paper and place the dough on the bottom and sides of the tin to create the base for the cheesecake.
4.Mix the cheese with the pumpkin and walnut jam and the cinnamon until you get a creamy texture. Place the mixture over the cheesecake base.
5.Put it in the freezer overnight. Remove the cheesecake 30 minutes before serving and spread more Natura pumpkin and walnut jam over the top and finish with some walnuts./span>
