Ingredients:

2 pears;

1/2 cup buckwheat;

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds;

1 + 1/2 cup of oat flakes;

1 + 1/2 cup of puffed rice;

1 cup of walnuts;

1 teaspoon of ginger;

2 teaspoons of cinnamon;

2 tablespoons of coconut oil;

1 tablespoon coconut sugar;

4 tablespoons of Rocha Pear Jam with Port Wine;

Preparation

1. Slice the pears very thinly and arrange them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 150º for about 1 hour and 20 minutes, until the pear slices are golden brown. Remove and set aside.

2. Meanwhile, mix the buckwheat, oat flakes, puffed rice, roughly chopped walnuts, ginger and cinnamon in a bowl. Heat the coconut oil with the sugar until the sugar grains break down and the mixture is liquid. Add the pear jam.

3. Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix everything very well.

4. Place the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180º for about 20 minutes, until the granola turns golden.

5. Remove from the oven and add the dried pear slices.
