From the various traditions of Serra da Estrela, we have recovered the authentic flavor of homemade marmalade.

Made from quince pulp and sugar as tradition dictates, our marmalade maintains the authenticity of recipes from previous generations while still being prepared today with the same dedication. Without the addition of colorings or preservatives, so that you can enjoy the true flavor of this regional specialty.

Types of marmalade

In addition to the traditional marmalade, we have also created a delicious version of marmalade with walnuts and an organic marmalade, made with organically produced ingredients. We have also chosen one of the most traditional varieties of apple, the Reineta, and created a delicious marmalade, with the typical acidity of the apple itself.

Delicious on its own, marmalade is a typical Portuguese sweet that goes very well with homemade bread, cheese and fresh fruit. Marmalade can also be used to prepare desserts.
