Ingredients:
150g type 55 flour
60g oat flakes
100g cold margarine
50g brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
5 peaches (about 500 grams)
2 tablespoons of Zero Peach Jam
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 175ºC. While the oven is heating, take the opportunity to wash the peaches and let them drain.
2. After draining, cut the peaches in half to remove the pit and slice the peaches and set aside.
3. If you have a food processor, add all the ingredients except the jam until you get a smooth mixture.
4. If you don't have one, start by mixing the flour, oats, sugar and butter cut into small pieces. Mix everything well and add the egg and cinnamon. Knead well until you get a malleable dough.
5. In a tart tin with a diameter of approximately 20 cm and a removable bottom, spread the dough over the tin with your hands, distributing it evenly over the tin and pressing with your fingers.
6. After the dough is rolled out, spread the peaches over it and bake for half an hour, until golden.
7. Remove from the oven and while still hot, brush with Zero Peach Jam.
