Pancakes with Teff Flour and Strawberry Jam

Ingredients:

1 cup teff flour

1 egg

1/2 cup milk

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of cinnamon

1 tablespoon of sugar or honey;

1 tablespoon of butter;

Strawberry Jam Quinta de Jugais;

 

Preparation

1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the butter. Mix very well.

2. Melt the butter in the pan where you will “fry” the pancakes.

3. In the hot frying pan, pour a little of the mixture, let it solidify and carefully turn the pancake over.

4. Serve the pancakes with Strawberry Jam and fruit.
