Quinta de Jugais focuses its activities on Innovation , Quality , Food Safety , the Authenticity of the products it places on the market, as well as the consolidation of an internal Food Safety Culture , as differentiating factors and a generator of value for customers,
employees and shareholders.

It considers as a priority for the continuous improvement of its Quality and Food Safety Management System (SGQSA) full compliance with the international standard that encompasses the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative), as well as compliance with the requirements expected by customers and other impositions applicable laws and regulations.

Defines as a priority for the application of this policy:
– Ensure customer satisfaction;
– Communicate across the value chain, to all interested parties involved.
– Promote active training and training programs, ensuring an adequate level of awareness among all elements of the company;
– Evaluate the performance of its employees regarding quality and food safety issues;
– Promote continuous improvement and ensure the smooth functioning of the company based on feedback from employees and their satisfaction assessment;
– Produce and market safe products;
– Rationalize the use of energy resources, contributing to greater environmental sustainability and reducing the ecological footprint.

Top management assumes responsibility for the implementation, review, dissemination and maintenance of this policy and other SGQSA structures.
