Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups of buckwheat flour;
1 cup of oatmeal;
1 tablespoon of flaxseed flour;
1 tablespoon of yeast;
Cinnamon to taste;
1/2 dessert spoon of baking soda;
1 cup of vegetable drink of your choice;
5 tablespoons of melted coconut oil;
1/2 tablespoon cider vinegar;
1 large ripe banana;
3 tablespoons of agave syrup;
2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
Red Fruits;
Zero Blueberry Sweet;
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180º.
2. Mash the ripe banana with a fork.
3. Mix the dry ingredients, stir and add the cider vinegar to the mixture.
4. In another bowl, mix the vegetable drink with the coconut oil, agave jelly, lemon juice and banana.
5. Gradually add the liquid ingredients to the other mixture and mix well. Mix in the red fruits.
6. Let the dough rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
7. Shape the scones with your hands and place them on a baking tray and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until they are ready.
8. After removing from the oven, fill, to taste, with the zero blueberry jam.
