Ingredients:

3 egg whites;

170 g of sugar;

1 tbsp vinegar;

1 tbsp cornstarch;

200 ml of whipping cream;

1 tbsp sugar;

Strawberries;

Strawberry and Mint Jam;

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 150º C. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Once they are beaten, add half the amount of sugar and beat again until peaks form.

2. Add the rest of the sugar, cornstarch and vinegar. Mix well with a whisk. Line a baking tray with baking paper and pour the meringue in the middle. Use a tablespoon to spread it out until it forms a circle.

3. Bake the mixture for 1 hour. After this time, turn off the oven and let the meringue cool inside the oven.

4. Prepare the topping. Whip the cream with the sugar. Then place the Pavlova on a plate and cover with the whipped cream. Drizzle with Strawberry Jam and add some strawberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
