Pancakes with Teff Flour and Strawberry Jam
Ingredients:
1 cup teff flour
1 egg
1/2 cup of milk
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of sugar or honey;
1 tablespoon of butter;
Quinta de Jugais Strawberry Jam;
Preparation
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the butter. Mix very well.
2. Melt the butter in the pan where you will “fry” the pancakes.
3. In the already hot frying pan, pour a little of the mixture, let it solidify and carefully flip the pancake.
4. Accompany the pancakes with Strawberry Jam and fruit.
