Ingredients:

30 cl fresh cream

20 cl of fresh milk

50 g of Quinta dos Jugais Mountain Honey

3 teaspoons of Peppermint Infusion;

3 gelatin sheets

8 tablespoons of Peach Zero Jam

Preparation

1. Place two tablespoons of jam in four short glass cups. Place in the freezer until solid.

2. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water.

3. In a saucepan, place the cream, milk, honey and an infuser with the mint. Bring to the boil. Turn off the heat and let it infuse for 3 minutes. Then add the gelatin.

4. Remove the infuser with the mint infusion and pour the mixture.
