Panacotta with Mint and Peach Jam

Ingredients:

30 cl of fresh cream

20 cl of fresh milk

50 g of Quinta dos Jugais Mountain Honey

3 teaspoons of Mint Infusion;

3 sheets of gelatin

8 tablespoons of Sweet Zero Peach

Preparation

1. Place two tablespoons of jam in four low glasses of glass. Place in the freezer until solidified

2. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water.

3. Place the cream, milk, honey and an infuser with the mint mint. Let it boil. Turn off the heat and let it infuse for 3 minutes. Right away add the gelatin.

4. Remove the infuser with the mint infusion and pour the mixture.
