Ingredients:
220g powdered sugar;
1 10g grated almonds;
25g cocoa powder;
3 egg whites;
1 pinch of salt;
Zero Strawberry Sweet Quinta de Jugais;
Preparation:
1. Mix the sugar with the almonds and cocoa.
2. Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt.
3. Mix the cocoa mixture with the egg whites and place the mixture in a piping bag.
4. Place on a silicone mat or on a tray lined with baking paper and fill with “circles” of dough.
5. Lift the tray about 5cm and let it fall onto the counter so that the surface is smooth. Leave to rest for 30 minutes.
6. Preheat the oven to 150º.
7. Place the tray in the oven for about 12-15 minutes.
8. Leave to cool. When they are cold, put a little wild berry jam in the middle and join the two macarons together.
