Ingredients:

150 ml of almond vegetable drink;

2 tablespoons of chia seeds;

1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon;

1 drizzle of honey;

1 natural yogurt;

Strawberries to taste;

2 tablespoons of Quinta de Jugais Strawberry Zero Jam;

Preparation

1. Place the plant-based drink, seeds, honey and cinnamon in a jar. Mix well.

2. Place in the fridge and shake the jar for the next half hour or so, every 10 minutes, as it gains consistency.

3. Keep refrigerated for 3 to 4 hours or even overnight before serving.

3. Divide the chia pudding between two small cups, top with natural yogurt, Natura strawberry jam and fresh strawberries.
