Cheesecake with Pumpkin and Walnut Jam

10 dates;
Zest of 1 orange
1 + 1/2 cup of dried fruits
500g quark cheese
175g of Natura pumpkin jam with walnuts from Quinta de Jugais
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
75g of Quinta de Jugais pumpkin and walnut sweet Natura for topping

Preparation
1. Grind the dried fruits with the orange zest until you get a flour.
2. Add the dates and mix well, forming a ball. Let the dough rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
3. Line a pan with parchment paper and place the dough on the bottom and sides of the pan to create the base for the cheesecake.
4. Mix the cheese with the pumpkin-walnut jam and cinnamon until creamy. Place the mixture on the base.
5. Place in the freezer overnight. Remove 30 minutes before serving and spread the pumpkin jam on top and finish with some walnuts.
