Gluten Free Crepes with Natura Blueberry Jam

Ingredientes:

4 eggs;

2 tablespoons of coconut flour;

1 tablespoon of tapioca starch;

½ cup of water;

1 tablespoon of coconut oil;

1 pinch of salt;

1 teaspoon of vanilla essence;

Greek yogurt (as desired);

Natura Blueberry Jam (as desired);

Gluten Free Crepes with Natura Blueberry Jam 3

Preparação:

1.In a bowl, mix the water with the coconut oil, the vanilla, the eggs and the salt.

2.Add the tapioca starch and finally the coconut flour. Mix everything very well until you get a uniform and slightly tick dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

3.Use one anti-adherent frying pan and spread a spoon of the dough and let it cook for 1 minute in booth sides.

4.Serve the crepes warm with some generous spoons of Greek yogurt and Natura Blueberry Jam.
