Dessert of Mascarpone and Fig with Walnuts Jam
►1 package of mascarpone cheese (250 g);
►1 package of fresh cream;
►2 tablespoons of icing sugar;
►Digestive cookies (as desired);
►1 jar of Fig and Walnuts Jam Quinta de Jugais;
1.In a bowl, put the fresh cream and with the help of the mixer, whip the cream until they get thick. Add the icing sugar and whip a bit longer.
2.In a different bowl, pour the mascarpone cheese and whip it with the help of the mixer. Little by little, add the whipped cream and keep mixing until you get a homogenous texture. Slightly grind the digestive cookies. Try to get a crunchy texture.
3.In cups, place some grinded cookies and on top of it, put some of the mascarpone mixture and on the top, a generous spoon of Fig and Walnut Jam. Take it to the fridge until serving time.
